1st offense: Cessation class with SRO Roberts (held on Saturday);
Petition to court if class is not completed
2nd offense: 3 days ISS;
Petition to court
3rd offense: 5 days alternative school;
Petition to court
Alcohol/THC vapes/Vapes with other illicit drugs
1st offense: Cessation class;
45 days alternative school;
Petition to court
2nd offense: 90 days alternative school;
Petition to court
3rd offense: 135 days alternative school;
Petition to court
Tobacco while on the bus
1st Offense: Removed from bus for 5 days
2nd Offense: Removed from bus for 10 days
3rd Offense: Removed from bus for the year
Alcohol/Drugs/Any type of vape product while on the bus
1st Offense: Removed from bus for the year
Zero Tolerance
